What I Do?

1 /Make a Timeline

I'll provide you with the final timeline two weeks before your wedding. You'll have a chance to review it and flag any concerns. Once you're happy with it, I'll send a customized version to all of your vendors and VIP guests.

2 / Create a Vendor and VIPs Contact List

This is a directory containing the names, pronouns, phone numbers, and email addresses of all wedding vendors and VIPs.

3 / Talk Budget

I’ve reviewed a wide range of wedding-related quotes over the years, and I’m happy to share insight on pricing and help you explore solutions that align with your needs. I often reference notes from past clients to provide realistic, experience-based guidance.

4 /Correspond with Vendors

You’ll handle booking and communicating with your vendors directly, but once we finalize your timeline, I’ll send a customized version to everyone on your vendor team to make sure we’re all on the same page.

5/ Send a Monthly Check-In

We’ll have regular monthly check-ins, typically via email, where I’ll outline—by priority—what’s currently on my radar for your wedding. It’s a great opportunity for us to stay aligned, touch base on progress, and ensure everything is moving forward smoothly.

6/ Create Wedding Decor

I’ll bring your vision to life with all the décor you love. Please note that décor is an additional cost—click the link for details.

7/ Coordinate Any Rental Order(s)

I’ll start and manage any rental order(s) — including any tents you may or may not want. This saves you on time and also on any “rental coordination fees” that might be charged by a caterer.

8/ Make Any Floor Plan(s)

This is part of my role as your coordinator, and I’ll work closely with your venue, caterer, and any other vendors who need access to this information to ensure everything runs smoothly.

9/ Attend Your Final Walkthrough

If you’re getting married in the Southwest Florida area, I’ll attend this meeting with you. If not, I’ll make sure to prepare both you and the venue so that the meeting is as efficient and productive as possible.

10/ Run Your Rehearsal

If you’re having a rehearsal, I’ll be there to provide on-site direction and support. During the rehearsal, I typically guide the flow of events and coordinate any logistics, including managing the transport of items from Point A to Point B on your wedding day.

11/ Handle All Things Wedding Day

Think of me as the stage manager for your wedding day—overseeing the flow, keeping everything on track, and making sure the details come together seamlessly. I don’t cap my hours, so I’ll be by your side for the entire day, from start to finish.

12/ Advice, Advice

I'll be your planning partner—someone you can bounce ideas off of, get honest feedback from, and turn to for expert guidance.

13/ I'm Your BAIL OUT

I'm a neutral party but today is your day. So if I need to be the bad guy I will. Bonus of hiring me I will be your excuse. Just tell me so we can keep our story straight

14/ Speech, Speech

I'm happy to help with vow writing  (JUST HELP) or review any speeches from your Best Man or Maid of Honor.
