Daytime Wedding

What's this going to cost me?

One of the challenges in this industry is the lack of transparency around pricing. That’s why I choose to share my rates openly. Here’s a clear breakdown of what’s included. Let's get into the chaos!

Wedding Coordination (50 guests & Below)

  • 50 percent deposit (due upon booking): $1,000

  • 25 percent deposit (due 60 days out): $500

  • 25 percent deposit (due 14 days out): $500

  • $2,000 total

Wedding Coordination (50-150 guests)

  • 50 percent deposit (due upon booking): $1,500

  • 25 percent deposit (due 60 days out): $750

  • 25 percent deposit (due 14 days out): $750

  • $3,000 total

Wedding Coordination (150-300 guests)

  • 50 percent deposit (due upon booking): $2,000

  • 25 percent deposit (due 60 days out): $1,000

  • 25 percent deposit (due 14 days out):$1,000

  • $4,000 total

Why do you charge what you charge?
I base my coordinating fee on a rate of $100 an hour. I work for an average of 40 hours, so 40 hours x $100 per hour = a starting rate of $4,000 for in-person coordinating for a wedding of 100-300 guests. (This is the average wedding size. of course, this changes for smaller weddings)

  • Damn, that's a lot!

  •   Please, keep in mind I am running a small business. I intentionally take on only one wedding per weekend to give you my complete focus and undivided attention. This allows me to deliver a truly personalized experience, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully managed and your day unfolds seamlessly. It’s all about providing you with the highest level of care and service—because you deserve nothing less.

  • When do you start working on our wedding?
    • From the moment you book with me, I’m fully on board. This is one of the key differences between my level of service and that of many traditional month-of or day-of coordinators, who typically begin their involvement just 30 to 60 days before the wedding. I’m here early to ensure a smoother, more thoughtful planning experience from the start.

  • Does your in-person coordinating fee include an assistant?
    • Yes, it does—if I decide to bring an assistant for your wedding day, it’s already included in your package. You won’t be charged anything additional if I make that call.

  • Does your in-person coordinating fee include travel?
    • Travel fees are only applied if your wedding is more than an hour’s drive from the Fort Myers area—otherwise, there’s no additional charge for travel.
    • If your wedding is more than an hour’s drive from the Fort Myers area, the pricing above does not include accommodations for the night before and the night of the wedding. If air travel is required, the cost of the flight is also not included.

  • Why 40 hours of chaos coordinating?
    • Pre-wedding work: estimated 20 hours
      • My work includes monthly check-ins, a thorough review of all vendor contracts, creation of a detailed timeline, a comprehensive contact list for vendors and wedding VIPs, and consistent communication with your vendor team.

      • You might be wondering—where does the “day-of” part of “day-of coordinator” come in? The truth is, if you ask most people in the wedding industry, they’ll tell you that true day-of coordination is rare. That’s because, in my experience, the more preparation and communication I do leading up to the wedding, the smoother and more stress-free your day will be.

      • So yes, I’ll absolutely be there on your wedding day—managing all the moving parts—but my work starts the moment you book me. That’s the difference in the level of service I provide.

    • Coordination of the rehearsal: estimated 2 hours

      • If there’s a rehearsal, I’ll be there to “cruise direct.” I’ll walk everyone through the ceremony, cue the processional, and review key wedding day timings. It’s also when I typically collect important items like the marriage license, rings, and any personal décor.

    • Coordination of the wedding day: estimated 18 hours

      • I typically start working at 7 or 8am and won't stop working until 12 or 1am. (I stay through the clean- up that follows after you and your guests leave.)

    • Total: estimated 40 hours

      • My fee reflects the 40+ hours typically involved, along with the operational costs of running my business. I don’t charge overtime—so if the pre-wedding work ends up taking more time than estimated, you still pay the same agreed-upon fee.
